The Seasoned with Experience , monthly work group is returning with a new collaboration project.

Once-a-month we meet and work through a "manager-issue" .

As peers, we collaborate to find solutions and look for best practices in educational consulting.

In a unique twist, our cohort will collaboratively create and finance an official job posting, allowing each member to contribute equally to this practical experiment. Read more below.

Join our exclusive Cohort Work Group this season, where we delve into the intricacies of Hiring. Together, we'll embark on a comprehensive journey to:

• Craft a detailed Job Description
• Navigate the latest in Hiring Tools & Trends
• Design an engaging Job Posting
• Conduct thorough research to establish competitive wages
• Refine the applicant review process with industry best practices
• Execute an actual job posting
• Undertake candidate reviews
• Identify and apply best practices for concluding an employee search
• Conclude the search and gather insights for Educational Service Provider Best Hiring Practices
• Produce a white paper, documenting best practices found through this project experiment

This collaborative endeavor ensures that all findings and materials developed will be shared among cohort members, fostering the C ounsel M ore community of shared knowledge and resources.

We extend a warm invitation to educational services business owners, employee supervisors, department managers, and program directors to join our Seasoned Community Workgroup. This is your opportunity to shed the managerial persona and engage with peers who share a wealth of experience in navigating both triumphs and trials.

Our discussions will span a variety of critical topics, including hiring and firing, navigating higher education law, managing data traffic, securing business loans, selecting the right legal counsel, and finding the balance between leadership and mentorship to avoid burnout.

Expect a relaxed atmosphere filled with friendly faces, designed for open and meaningful exchanges.

Please note:

- This is not a technical training session.

- Meetings occur monthly, with a few exceptions.

- Space is limited.
