Multi Counselor

All accounts begin with one account and you will add your counselor team to the originating account.

For this reason, choose a generic company email address as the originating account. This will be the administrator's account.

After 2 week free trial, choose the $35 plan for 5 Active student records and meet with a member of our team.

We will build your account with you and train your whole team.

This article will explain the details of your transition.

1) You will register for a free 2 week trial and from there, decide you'd like to try the Multi Counselor plan.

2) You'll use this link to book a time to meet with a specialist who will answer your specific questions about how your company processes will be reflected in CounselMore.

3) You'll book your Transition & Implementation meeting. This is a 2 hour time slot set aside for you and your Implementation Manager to build your account. That's right, we will be right-by-your-side.

With your preparation, gathering documentation and meeting with your Implementation Manager, the transition will be completed within 30 days. 

There may be situational needs or customization requests that can change the timeline but our goal is that you feel comfortable and ready to announce to your clients and begin portal orientation by that time.

There are 3 surveys included in the app. And you can choose to add custom forms.

Before inviting a student to their portal, you have the option to turn 'On' assessments. The student will be greeted by the surveys when entering the student portal for the first time.

If you prefer to use surveys later in the intake process, they can be found in the Biographical Banners. The Counselor always maintains control.

If your practice needs further surveys customization services beyond what is included, such as custom-assessments, custom intake forms,  or 3rd party assessment tools - these customized software development services are available.

If you want everyone to have access, then you can do that.

If you do not, then you can choose the Manager's Suite option. That option allows you to add permissions levels.

The Service Account, is the primary account, usually the manager's account, we call this the "Admin" role determines who is a Superuser.

A Superuser has almost the same access as the Admin.

Everyone else is a Counselor role. A Counselor role cannot see other Counselors or Students not assigned to them.

In each Counselor account the Admin can decide what access each Counselor role has to Accounting.

An Admin could also determine that every Counselor role is a Superuser. Making all Counselor and Student accounts visible to all Counselor roles. This is of particular advantage in a flat hierarchy. The Admin can still set Accounting privledges per Superuser.
