Rest assured, your plan remains unchanged, and we won't surprise you with price hikes. Unlike others who use inflation as an excuse, CounselMore is committed to growing the field of educational service providers by lowering prices and making advising more accessible to more counselors.

This change is truly monumental. It's impacting every aspect of our services, but rest assured, our commitment to providing exceptional customer service remains unwavering. So, here's what you can expect:
1) Our team of developers is working diligently on creating technology to enable customers to update their plans effortlessly from their desktops. We have entered the testing phase, and the official rollout is imminent.
2) Our newest members who joined in January 2024 will be the first to experience these exciting changes. Make your desired changes in your My Account section after January 25th.
3) Existing customers; members prior to 2024, can update their plans by contacting support@counselmore.com after January 25th. We will work with you individually to ensure a smooth transition and provide all necessary information regarding billing adjustments and payment transition.

Assignments Package:
Based on the feedback we received, it seems that the current format of the Assignments is too lengthy for effective communication. Our members have expressed their desire for a more concise and direct approach in the assignments package. We truly appreciate your remarkable collaboration in helping us make this happen.
As a reminder, the purchase of the assignments is a one-time investment, not per student or per year.
If you have previously purchased the assignments, rest assured that you will receive them again automatically. You will discover a fresh set of Routine Assignments conveniently pre-populated into your Routine Assignments bank (accessible through the settings menu) in early February.
Additionally, a new file has already been added to your Google Drive's "Shared with me" section. Please navigate there.
Furthermore, we are thrilled to announce that CounselMore will soon be unveiling new Assignment Packages tailored to specific advising niches. If you are interested in contributing to these, please reach out to our support team via email to express your interest. Lead collaborators receive the final product free of charge.
on January 13th, we hosted a workshop on using AI for passion projects. Our facilitator included a presentation, an additional loom instructional video, worksheets for students, website template, and AI whisper for each phase of the project. Click and register for your support portal using the same email you use to sign in to your CM Portal. This is where you will be able to check the status of your submitted tickets. Keep in mind that bugs can take longer than data requests. We prioritize anything that is an interruption to your practice.

Collaboration lab
CLICK TO REG FOR LAB. We understand how frustrating it was for our developers to not have an effective collaboration lab with our previous customer relations platform. Our developers eagerly read your feedback and suggestions for future capabilities. Not having that tool caused space between the customer and the Developers. Our development team is very comfortable with the customer being very close! That's unusual but that's how we like it. We have now transitioned to a new customer relations platform that will allow us to bring back the ability for you to vote on other members suggestions restoring our truly collaborative environment.
