NEW changes since COVID:

DATA is ALIVE
- Create your own custom data columns to track information only you can see, per school.
- Closed schools will continue to be found in the database. The school will be listed as closed.
- There are duplicated schools in the database that have been cleaned out. Please thoroughly search for the school you are thinking of adding prior to adding the school into the database. Search using keyword, instead of typing the full name.
- CounselMore database contains the largest number of higher education providers both domestic and international. It is likely the school is already in the database. When in doubt, contact us.
- If you are an international member who would like more than one school added to the database, we can do that for you! Contact us.
MULTI COUNSELOR
ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Those in your account who are not Superusers have the ability to delete assignments they have created. They cannot delete Assignments created by the Manager's role.
- Please notice we are changing the titles of some functions. In the Multi Counselor account we refer to the owner's account as the Admin account. We are transitioning to the new titles Manager or Service Account. The title of 'Admin' was causing confusion for our members. In the top left hand corner of your app there is an Add Counselor button. The title of the button will change to Add Account.

You can add student records to your account - for free!
You have an unlimited student record count, add as many as you can! You do not need much specific information to empower your analytics. You can send us your spreadsheets or import them yourself.

Weeks ago we sent out a survey asking for your feedback on the Financial Fit tab. Thank you for your collaboration! We appreciate the time you took to participate in the thought process. The decision has been made to retire the current Financial Fit tab. As of Oct. 1st, 2023 the Financial Fit tab will no longer be accessible. Please use this advance notice to export financial pdf reports that reflect the most common persona-profiles of your clients. By exporting examples of fanatical fit, you will have content to share with parents during the campus fit evaluative process.
Our developers are collaborating with members and external advisors to provide a more complete solution. Until then, the College Data Menu has a banner dedicated to College Finance. That information is retrieved from Peterson's data resource company.
