In response to your valuable feedback, we have replaced the videos that didn't meet your expectations with new and improved training videos that have been meticulously crafted to address all your suggestions and guide our newest colleagues effectively.

We have heard your requests loud and clear - you want the ability to ask for support quickly and easily through a chat feature. Well, we're thrilled to announce that our new service platform will make that a reality. As we continue to enhance our bot's intelligence, we rely on your feedback to let us know if "Cici" ever veers off course.
- Collaboration Lab
We understand how frustrating it was for our developers to not have an effective collaboration lab on our previous service platform. They eagerly read your feedback and suggestions for future capabilities and not having that tool caused space between the user and developers. Our team is comfortable with the user very close! That's not how CounselMore rolls. But now, with our new platform, we are bringing back the ability for you to vote on other members' suggestions, restoring our truly collaborative environment.
